While you own the rights to the specific marketing video delivered, all underlying AI models, proprietary generation techniques, and software remain the intellectual property of Fabrica De Reclame. Users must adhere to the following restrictions:

• You may not use the AI-generated models to create content that is defamatory, illegal, or promotes hate speech under Romanian or International law.
• You are prohibited from attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying AI technology or virtual actor assets used in the production process.
• You may not resell the individual AI model likenesses as standalone products or use them to represent brands other than the one specified in the original service agreement.

3. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The services provided by Fabrica De Reclame are offered on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis. While we strive for 24-hour delivery and high-quality output, we do not warrant that the content will be error-free or that it will achieve specific commercial results or conversion rates. Fabrica De Reclame shall not be held liable for any damages, including loss of data or profit, arising out of the use or inability to use the AI-generated materials, even if notified of the possibility of such damage.
